But Soon Flipkart started focusing on procuring goods for their private label from cheap quality manufacturers from Panipat where no quality standards are being maintained. This was the time when CTM group decided and launched its online business under the brand name Divine casa in 2015.
A few months after starting-off, they started focusing on gaps in the market and after thorough brainstorming the possibilities they started focusing heavily on comforters & quilts category. Their main objective was to come up with the premium quality products with aggressive pricing that fits into everyone’s pocket.
Before this, CTM Group’s own brand Divine Casa was totally an unknown name in home furnishing category in the Indian e-commerce segment. This was a huge step for the brand, making it one of the prominent names in the respective category. After this success, the brand combines its portfolio with a fantastic product line that is well designed and developed.
CTM launched Divine casa brand on the Amazon platform in July-2016. Soon after the start, in about a month or two of time, the brand started noticing huge numbers of orders in the category of quilts & blankets. And within a year of time, they have crossed from lakh to crores of business on MOM bases.
